Throughout this year Europe has seen galore a wave of royal weddings since Britain's Prince William and Kate Middleton royal wedding in April. Here are a few pictures from the royal wedding in Germany.
William and Kate's royal wedding on April 29 was followed by the German royal wedding of Princess Nathalie zu Sayn-Wittgestein-Berleburg and Alexander Johannsmann on June 18, 2011. The Monaco royal wedding of Prince Albert II and Charlene Princess of Monaco on July 2 and the royal wedding of Princess Anne's daughter Zara Phillips and rugby ace Mike Tindall on July 30th.
The most recent of Europe's royals tying the knott are Prince Georg Frederich of Prussia and Princess Sophie von Isenburg, who were married in a religious wedding ceremony in Potsdam, Germany on Saturday, August 27th, 2011.
Georg Friedrich, 35, is the head of the House of Hohenzollern and great-great-grandson of Kaiser Wilhelm II. The family was deposed as kings of Prussia and emperors of Germany in 1918.

I'm assuming, and hoping that this was the theme of the attire with all the money they have, but it's interesting to say the least. There certainly has been a lot of royal weddings and celebrity wedding news this year. Kim Kardashian's wedding has been trending in news, and now she has been beat by that billionaire's daughter, forget her name right now but her wedding was $5MIL and none of it was free as it was with the Kim Kardashian wedding.

vintage weddings have really been trending lately, but I wouldn't have imagined seeing a royal wedding that has gone vintage, but good for them, I like the quirky style for this wedding.
